Pricing/Payments
OMMU accepts Paypal. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euros. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled.

Product Availability and Specifications
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, or divide orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.

Orders
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of their receipt.

Shipping Information
European orders are shipped through the Greek Post Office. Orders shipped Standard take 3–7 days to deliver. If you require something quicker, please contact us directly at info@ommu.info to make arrangements. International orders are shipped International Post. Generally orders will be received within 5–10 business days, although certain destinations may take longer. All duties related to Customs/VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable. By default all shipments are uninsured. OMMU does not assume liability for loss. OMMU is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns of any kind, under any circumstances, except in the case of damaged items.

Damages
All claims of damages must be made within three (3) days of receiving. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. No refunds will be given; exchanges or bookshop credit only. If you should need to return an item, you may return merchandise to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange, minus the shipping charges, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. We recommend that you insure your package. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
